Kai-otokoyama is a sake made by Yamaki Sake brewery in Yamanashi-Pref.

Shochikubai Daiginjo sake

Daiginjo Sake "Sho-chiku-bai(松竹梅)" brewed by Takara shuzo.

It is a sake with a good mild aroma and a slight sweetness. It's delicious.

"Sho-chiku-bai" is symbol of celebration.

"Takara-shuzo"is a Japanese sake brewery that represents Japan.

"Migaki 磨き" shows the percentage of rice left.The lower the polishing number, the more pure the starch of rice, and the clearer the taste.
