Sake Hakurakusei

Hakurakusei is brew by Niisawa sake Brewery in Miyagi pref.
I love this brand of sake.

This is cloudy type Sake.
This is non-heat sterilized sake.

Unlike the normal grade, it has a rich taste.

Sweet Sake(Amazake) nish no mon

Nishino -mon yoshinoya is Amazake.

Amazake is a state before making sake.
which is a traditional sweet drink been loved since the Edo period.
Since it does not contain alcohol, it can be enjoyed safely by children and those who can not drink alcohol.
